Save The Planet – Sacred Clean Water

Not For Sale

Is your water safe to drink? Safe to wash in? For many of our world’s communities, it is not.

Autumn Peltier, from the Wiikwemkoong First Nation on Manitoulin Island in northern Ontario, is an internationally recognized clean water advocate who has been urging the global community to take action to save our planet’s sacred water supplies.

She has spoken to the Global Landscapes Forum, Children’s Climate Conference in Sweden, and the United Nations General Assembly in New York among others. She is also the Anishinabek Nation chief water commissioner.

Like many other youths around the world, Peltier takes the health of our planet very seriously and invites each of us to make our voices heard for a cleaner, healthier planet.
